Our Mission
The Hilton L. Tracy Larkin Foundation has been established to continue the legacy of the late Councilman Tracy Larkin, and we need your support. Tracy Larkin was a strong proponent of elderly needs and youth education development in District 3 and all of Montgomery.
He was a long-time educator and student truancy official before venturing into public office. As his family, we want to continue the work by spearheading special projects such as restoration and repairs of elderly people homes and neighborhoods, monthly food distributions, a homework help phone bank call center for our youth, intern opportunities for our local college students and so much more to keep Montgomery thriving.
